Thank you for choosing Zithara.ai, a SaaS-based CRM software tailored for retail businesses. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Terms
Zithara.ai offers prepaid subscription plans that may be billed on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis, as agreed upon in your service contract. All payments are processed in advance for the selected billing cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, a written notice must be submitted to our support team at info@zithara.ai at least three (3) months prior to the intended cancellation date.
Cancellations made with less than 3 months’ notice will result in continued billing through the notice period
Cancellation requests will only be considered valid when submitted in writing and acknowledged by our team.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to unused service time, account inactivity, or early termination of contract.
No partial refunds are issued for subscriptions cancelled before the end of a billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases involving billing errors or duplicate charges, please contact us at info@zithara.ai. We will investigate the issue promptly and process refunds where appropriate.
5. Modifications to This Policy
Zithara.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
